The pallets used to prepare client orders are sourced from recycled wood, minimizing packaging year after year.

The company has 10 centers, all equipped and coordinated under environmentally respectful measures, where it manufactures and produces its fabrics.
We carry out environmental protection actions across all our fabric production plants: fume treatment, renewable energy generation, packaging reuse, water treatment, and more.
At every single one of the company's plants, Sauleda staff know that waste must be separated so it can be recycled correctly.
It is all emptied into large containers placed outside and properly labeled. It is then collected and treated by a company certified in industrial waste management.

Yarn created through a special process
Final Loop fabric
The first fabric that cleans and purifies the air through photocatalysis, eliminating polluting compounds. Designed through Sauleda's innovation and Pureti's technology, GREEN fabrics suppress pollutants such as NOx, SOx and VOCs.
GREEN fabrics have a self-cleaning effect and reduce mold growth. They save time, money, water, chemicals and energy — Sauleda's commitment to respecting the environment and caring for people.
GREEN is a fabric coated with titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles.
When UVA rays hit the GREEN fabric, a chemical process begins that converts oxygen and water vapor from the atmosphere into OH and O2 cleaning agents.
OH converts organic dirt and volatile organic compounds into minerals and gas, turning it back into H2O.
O2 reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx), one of the most harmful gases in the atmosphere, into relatively harmless nitrates.
This process repeats millions of times, cleaning the surface and the air that touches it — reducing nitrogen dioxide levels by around 55% in lab tests.
It also produces an approximate 60% reduction in fungus and has a self-cleaning effect of around 70%.*
